Only Scouts, Explorers & adult volunteers can participate in this event. Beavers & Cubs are encouraged to wear their uniform & attend local services with their parents/guardians if their group is attending the central parade.

Young people can only participate if overseen by an adult volunteer from their group/unit who is present.

All participants should be in full uniform (rolled necker, smart dark trousers, no trainers) with a poppy.
They should dress to keep warm – i.e. plenty of layers under their uniform.
Participants may bring a lightweight waterproof coat to the start of the event.

A call will be made before the parade starts on whether coats will be carried or handed back to parents/guardians.

The drop off & pick up point for the event is the junction of Regent Street & Windsor Street (opposite Murphy’s Bar, CV32 5EJ, What3Words: ///magma.jumped.forget).

Participants should aim to arrive by 10:15 at the latest with pick up likely to be around 11:45.
