DESCRIPTION:Only Scouts\, Explorers & adult volunteers can participate in this event. Beavers & Cubs are encouraged to wear their uniform & attend local services with their parents/guardians if their group is attending the central parade. \n\n\n\nYoung people can only participate if overseen by an adult volunteer from their group/unit who is present. \n\n\n\nAll participants should be in full uniform (rolled necker\, smart dark trousers\, no trainers) with a poppy.They should dress to keep warm – i.e. plenty of layers under their uniform.Participants may bring a lightweight waterproof coat to the start of the event. \n\n\n\nA call will be made before the parade starts on whether coats will be carried or handed back to parents/guardians. \n\n\n\nThe drop off & pick up point for the event is the junction of Regent Street & Windsor Street (opposite Murphy’s Bar\, CV32 5EJ\, What3Words: ///magma.jumped.forget). \n\n\n\nParticipants should aim to arrive by 10:15 at the latest with pick up likely to be around 11:45.

DESCRIPTION:Introducing our Adult Volunteer Activity Day\, 30 September\, at Alfrey Activity Centre. \n\n\n\nAn opportunity for all adult volunteers in Warwickshire Scouting to join together\, learn some new skills\, try out some activities\, learn more about the opportunities of scouting in Warwickshire\, but importantly have some fun! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVolunteer Activity Day from 9am\n\n\n\nWe are delighted to get our amazing volunteers back together again\, for an activity and training day at Alfrey Activity Centre. \n\n\n\nThere will be something for all volunteers on this day – old and new\, and from every section. There will be the chance to try activities\, learn new skills\, and have some fun with your fellow volunteers. \n\n\n\nThere is no cost to you\, and we’ll make sure you are fed during the day.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWarwickshire Scout Council Annual General Meeting from 4:30pm\n\n\n\nThe Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held following our Volunteer Activity Day\, also at Alfrey Activity Centre. \n\n\n\nAll adults involved in Scouting in Warwickshire are cordially invited to attend.
